The Canadian Supreme Court has ruled that Unconscious Sex (even when Consensual) is a Crime. Your thoughts?

I think that the fact that this, among other things, are what people in power are concerned about is ridiculous, pathetic, and incredibly sad. When you look at a civilized country with a corrupt, preoccupied government, you're looking at a doomed country.
