How do i get a higher housing banding?

My husband and and are giving evidence against a pedophile and am trying to move out of district and the housing association said we are not under threat.We are also giving evidence against his daughter who is having a consensual sexual relationship with him.Can anyone help me on getting any higher points as i cant stand the pressure ans stress, thanks.
