Can I use the vinegar, baking soda and hydrogen peroxide treatment for removing cat urine smell?

Last week I sprayed the area with a 50/50 water/bleach solution. Is it safe to use the above to clean the carpet after using bleach? I'm no good at chemistry so do not know the implications of mixing any of the above.....help???
