Help! I need a higher banding for housing?

My husband and i are giving Evidence against a pedophile and his own daughter who he was having an consensual sexual relationship with.We have applied for housing outside the district as they live in the same town. We were told by the housing association that we are not under enough threat.So we are in band 3, I was wondering if anyone has any ideas on how we can get more points as it is awful living in the same town.Thanks.
