How many pregnancies end up in marrige?

I think this girl I kinda like is preggo with my baby. We were drunk and wasted and having valid consensual sex and I guess I forgot the condom and now she is preggo. I would like to be a part of the baby's life and I dont want any other dude raising my chlld. We are both techincally single. What are the odd that her and I could end up getting married? (for the sake of the child.)
