I just lost my virginity and now I dont know what to think?

Last night I lost my virginity to my girlfriend. I'm 13. I felt like I might have used her. Anyway what does this mean? She started bleeding? It was weird. It was consensual. Anyway we both felt ready and everybody keeps saying thats the important thing. No that we both not virgins if I say wanted to break up with her how would I do that? I mean she took my virginity which too me right now I'm still processing. We love each other very much. I'm just not sure if I should have or not. But I must tell you I felt ready. Any advice?
