Why do women always accuse men ?

When people have consensual sex ... it means both of the parties were equally involved .... why is that if a boy quits the woman starts to cry and accuse the male that he used them .... isn't that unfair ..... She also wanted it but now is accusing the male ..... How biased and unfair ??
