Is it illegal to videotape someone having sex without their consent?

I am appalled to say that my ex boyfriend videotaped me having sex with him withought me knowing. It started as a rumor from one of my friends saying that he was bragging about it and showing people. When I asked him about it he denied it... Then this morning he sends me a picture of us having sex... I am mad and am wondering if I can get him in trouble... The sex was consensual but the video was not!! What should I do?
